She founded the company with her husband, Gary Lockberg, in September of 1999,expanding to a second office location in South Natick in 2001.

Gail is a member of Prudential Real Estates National Advisory Committee and is a past speaker and panel member for The Prudential Sales Convention. Gail is an appointed Director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors attending the caucus and Board meetings quarterly. A Director of The Greater Boston Association of Realtors,Board of Directors,she is a past chair of the Programming Committee,a member of The Professional Standards Committee and an appointee to the Arbitration and Mediation Board. She is a member in good standing of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board and The National Association of Realtors.

Community involvement is an integral part of Gail's life,fund raising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association,American Cancer Society,The Walk for Water, and Project Bread to name a few. She is a member of the Community Board of The Wellesley Food Pantry,a former Director and long time volunteer of The Wellesley Food Pantry.She is the co-founder of The Hills Suppers,serving dinners to pantry clients. A former President and Sustainer of the Wellesley Hills Junior Women's Club. Involved in Girl Scouts,local Elementary School Board Member,and many committees associated with local schools and many sporting teams from United Soccer to Community Rowing.
